Carlos Manuel Infante

Carlos Manuel leads the company's Credit Recovery team of the Law Firm. He advises companies in various sectors, with a main focus on banking and financial institutions, creating strategies for credit recovery and delinquent accounts. This tem is recognized in the financial position as one of the most successful in the implementation and execution of recovery strategies, providing significant financial benefits for its clients.

He has represented and represents the main financial institutions established in Panama, while serving as Legal Counsel of several multinational companies in the Construction, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Engineering, Advertising, and International Investment sector.

In his professional career, his role is included in the Mayor's Office of Panama as Corregidor (currently called Peace Judge) of the District of Panama in 2007.

• Justice and Peace Commission. Legal advisory work on issues of national interest for the Justice and Peace Commission, in relation to electoral matters, democratic citizen participation and social education (2013 - currently).

• Casa Esperanza, a NGO that offers development opportunities to children and adolescents living in poverty conditions (2007 - 2016).
