Jorge A. Nuñez Flores

Jorge Antonio Nuñez is a specialist in Civil Litigation, mainly those related to Real Rights (possession and property), Contract Law (breaches, nullities), Consumer Protection, Successions (tested or intestated), Contractual and Extracontractual Civil Liability and Family Law (divorces, custody, alimony). He also defends the interests of our clients in matters of Administrative Law before the Third Chamber, related to Contentious Administrative Claims of Nullity and Full Jurisdiction.

He served as a Judicial Officer from 1992 to 2005, in positions such as Assistant Judge, Judicial Secretary, Executor Bailiff, Alternate Civil Municipal Judge, Municipal Family Judge, Civil Circuit Judge and Assistant Magistrate in the First Superior Civil Court .

Jorge is a professor of the subjects of Civil Procedural Law, Civil Obligations, Civil Contracts, Universal Trials, Real Rights and General Theory of the Process, in addition to the classes of Master of Real Rights, and Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Means of Proof and Bankruptcy, Concordat, Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, among others, at the Laureate International Universities. Professor of Master of the Department of Argumentation and Legal Logic at the Universidad Santa María la Antigua.
